We have just completed an update of the site which should resolve any log–in problems you may have encountered. However, you may need to clear any residual cookies (little programmes that remember your personal information for you such as user-name and password) from your browser for the new settings to take effect.

In Internet Explorer 6 you do this by:

  1. On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.
  2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Cookies button. This will delete all the cookies that are currently stored in your cache.
  3. Click OK, and then click OK again.

For more information visit Microsoft Online, 'How and Why to Clear Your Cache'

In Internet Explorer 7 you do this by:

  1. Clicking onto the 'Tools' menu (top right-hand side);
  2. Then click 'Internet Options';
  3. Then on the 'General' Tab;
  4. Click the 'Delete' button in the 'Browsing History' section;
  5. You will see another window open up entitled, 'Delete Browsing History' and the Cookies section is the second one down;
  6. Click the 'Delete cookies' button and your log-in problem should resolve.

In Mozilla Firefox 2 you need to clear the 'Authenticated Sessions'. To do this:

  1. Click onto the 'Tools' menu, (top left-hand side);
  2. Then click onto 'Options;
  3. Click onto the 'Privacy' tab;
  4. Click onto the 'Settings' button in the 'Private Data' section;
  5. Tick the 'Authenticated Sessions' box then press 'OK'.

This should resolve any problem. If it does not, repeat the process and this time check the 'Cookies' box and the 'OK' button.

Should your log-in problems continue then please contact chris@lozinski.co.uk and we will endeavour to provide a speedy resolution for you.
