CPAA Members Link

Once logged on, CPAA members will see a new menu item on the CPAA Information menu (top right-hand side) entitles ‘CPAA Members’. This gives you access to the online version of the CPAA Members Handbook. Click on any of the hyperlinks (usually in green e.g. a persons name) and this takes you to the full details for that member. If you then for example click on the region name (also in green) that link will take you to all the members in that region e.g. Northern and Yorkshire. If you click on a members Number e.g.

Taxonomy (Categories)

I have just enabled the taxonomy - 'What I hear you groan?' The Categorisation function. This means you can select a category for every new article/ new item or story etc you create e.g. if it is MHA story just select MHA in the menu where you write the the new story. Being able to categorise like this means all content will be categorised together and if you then like - viewed togther. (see the links at the bottom of this article - 'Website' and 'About the CPAA' - and the similar ones at the foot of each story/ poll etc) Email me if you want to know more on this. Bye Chris

About The CPA Association

The Care Programme Approach Association (CPAA) has been established to support the implementation, operation, and development of the Care Programme Approach. The Association has been in operation on an informal basis since 1993, giving support to people involved in implementing the CPA, particularly CPA Coordinators and Managers. Membership grew considerably, which led to the need for more formal arrangements in 1996. The Association is endorsed by the Department of Health in their document ‘Modernising the CPA’, and membership is recommended in the CPA Audit pack.
