Member Complaints

As an independent regulator the Association will examine complaints submitted about Association members who have acted unethically, incompetently or in breach of CPAA rules or guidance. To submit a complaint please download the complaint forms here.

All complaints must be made in writing and submitted to the Association’s Head Office. 

Unfortunately, if you are involved in a fee dispute we will be unable to intervene.
